Consent - we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Directly from you (email or post)

How long we keep information

emails are stored in the Microsoft Outlook email account that you send them to. We do not generally delete emails, they become archived after 6 months. Should you email us, then we will of course have your email address and your name stored in the Outlook account. We would not share yoor details without you given us explicit permission and you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
